Stanley (Lee) S. Frazee III is a senior partner for The Chisholm Group. Mr. Frazee has over 25 years of industry and consulting experience, building value for companies and their shareholders and helping senior executives manage critical issues facing their organizations. He has worked extensively on both business and technology issues across a wide range of industry sectors including wireless telecommunications, mobile infrastructure and financial services.
Mr. Frazee’s previous experience includes directing acquisitions and development for the Quantum Group, a communications infrastructure consulting and brokerage company. Prior to Quantum, Mr. Frazee was Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions with Global Tower Partners (GTP); helping build GTP to the largest privately held owner of wireless communications towers in the U.S. Mr. Frazee is the former Executive Vice President of Telecom Group Management (TGM), an opportunity fund established to acquire wireless communications leases. While at TGM, Mr. Frazee directed corporate, business development and client relations for the company.
Mr. Frazee was on the senior management team of Apex Site Management, the largest third party manager of wireless and wireline communication sites in the U.S., which was merged into SpectraSite Communications to form the largest telecommunications tower and site management company in the U.S.
Prior to Apex, Mr. Frazee was a special consultant to the Federal Reserve, where he worked with federally chartered banks in managing institutional credit policy, risk management and credit quality. Mr. Frazee is a former banker in Philadelphia, PA and worked for leading commercial banks in their commercial and retail divisions.
Mr. Frazee is a graduate of Bucknell University with a BA in Economics and Sociology.
