Alfred Ockenfels serves as a senior consultant to The Chisholm Group specializing in law enforcement and security initiatives. Mr. Ockenfels has over 30 years of community based and mission critical law enforcement and law enforcement consulting experience.
Mr. Ockenfels broad based law enforcement experience includes: International Police Advisor, Anti-Terrorism, Boarder Control Management, Airport Security, Dignitary Protection, Organized Crime, White Collar Crime, and Hostage Negotiator. Additionally, he was a Field Training Officer and has taught Human Rights Law.
Mr. Ockenfels was Chief of Police of Rockland, Maine where he managed an office of thirty personnel and worked for over twenty six years. He has worked internationally as a consultant to the Department of Justice including time in Iraq.
He has participated in multiple law enforcement and leadership training and certification courses including the FBI National Academy.
Mr. Ockenfels was appointed to the Justice Assistance Council and Maine Drug Enforcement Board of Directors by the Governor of Maine.
Mr. Ockenfels served in the U.S. Army and is a graduate of the University of Maine
